Yumi Performance Leaf Chassis Kit -Spring Under Axle

Introducing the YUMI Performance Leaf Spring Chassis Kit, new for the fall/winter season of 2025!!!

-Designed For Leaf UNDER Axle applications 

The Yumi is named after an ancient Japanese Long Bow for its versatility, durability and ability to flex Hard with confidence and authority!

-Kit Includes: 304 Stainless Steel 3.2mm chassis rails, SS adjustable leaf hangers, SS 1” long shackles, 6061-T6 Aluminum Dual Servo Mount w/ TeamKNK SS M3 capture nuts, aluminum chassis brace, Carbon Fiber leaf hanger spacers, nylon shackle spacers and a proprietary 3D printed blank skid (drill it yourself) made by Charley’s RC Garage for whatever transmission choice you’d like to use.

-Recommend Dlux Fab NOD2 or Dlux Portal Transmission for best fitment and performance.

-Features a 12* skid angle with a moderately forward position for enhanced breakover.

-Chassis is slotted to use an FMM setup w/ transfer case (in development).

-Narrow width Leaf Spring spacing on axle (70mm inside width rail to rail).

-Required Axle Leaf Mounts are same as “BBV5” narrow width front and rear

-Recommend leaf over axle on straights for no fender trimming with 4.65” tires and leaf under axle on portals.

-Long Leaf Springs will be available from TwistedFabCo! LWB will be set at 12.5” with a 5.9” leaf spring up front and a 6.25” leaf spring in rear. There is room to position the rear leafs further back if you have a custom length bed. TFC Long Leafs will also be available for XXL (same dimensions as LWB) and RWB leafs set for 11.5”WB via TwistedFabCo website.

-Shock setup on long springs recommended 120mm front/ 100mm rear or 110mm rear with offset shock ends on straight axles leaf over… 90mm front/ 90mm rear with offset shock ends on portal axles leaf under.

-When using factory/standard leaf springs (tf2 for example), RWB is adjustable in wheelbase from 10.8-12.0” & LWB is adjustable from 11.8”-13.0”

-Proprietary Hardbody Mount Sliders Designed & Manufactured by LTKustoms will be available exclusively through LSrcFab for Mojave/82 bodies, 4Runner & XtraCab bodies, Blazer bodies and Scottsdale bodies.

-Little to no interior trimming will be required to fit scale hardbodies on this platform depending on your transmission choice.

This IS a very adjustable builders kit. We have created it to be as friendly as possible on builders who want to run RC4WD hardbodies or custom 3D printed bodies.
